The Mexican women who study English at the Anderson Valley Adult School in Boonville, Calif., inevitably wind up talking about food. Now, 25 of their salsa recipes have been turned into a charming little bilingual cookbook, ''Secrets of Salsa'' or ''Secretos de la Salsa'' to benefit the school.
